FC Highland is proud to be part of the Everton International Academy Affiliate Program.
The program allows select football clubs around the world access to year-round support from a world-renowned football organization.
The primary focus of the program is player development, using the same curriculum that is adopted by Everton Academy at USM Finch Farm.
Historically, the Club has been at the forefront of developing young footballing talent including Wayne Rooney and, more recently, current first-team player Tom Davies.
In addition, the program is able to focus on coach development and club development. As part of the program, opportunities including Coaching Material

The program allows us to receive support from Everton coaches in developing footballers of all ages. The partnership also gives us guidance on both sporting and business best practices to improve our sustainability and aid growth.
